July 2007 - Shears Bros Transport is flying high after taking delivery of its first two Mercedes tractor units. The 6X2 Actros 2546 have the range topping MegaSpace cab. Blue TecEuro 4 SCR engine and Mercedes PowerShift automated transmission, they have also taken delivery of 3 new Taught liners in their new livery.

May 2007- David Coile joins Shears Bros (Transport) as transport manager. David joins the Shears management team bringing with him a wealth of experience in the transport industry in the areas of contract, warehousing and distribution.

November 2006 - Shears receives award.
Pall-Ex celebrated its 10th anniversary at Celtic Manor Hotel in South Wales. At the awards ceremony Shears Bros (Transport) came runners up in the "Outstanding Contribution to the Network" category. This award is voted by the membership and we feel very honoured to receive this accolade.
